Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a treatment technique that uses small, filiform needles to release tight muscles or spasms with the goal of reducing muscle pain and soft tissue dysfunction. It helps to increase circulation to the region and stimulate the self-healing properties in the body. It can help resolve acute or chronic pain, help you return to work, sport or activities and improve life satisfaction. Conditions that are commonly treated with Dry Needling include inflammatory, contractures/muscle dysfunction, and/or blockage of microcirculation (edema/pitting edema). We use Dry Needling to treat a variety of spinal disorders, as well as lower and upper extremity disorders, including:
